Fishing Report

It was actually a very nice day offshore,,the bottom was lively but mostly perch aka,bergalls…..Some short blackfish,,some short pollock and othere exotics but nothing good to speak of….Congratulations to Timmy for winning our seasonal pool this year!!! Way to to go bro,,,we are not fishing tomorrow for the last day of Tog due to winds…We will start Codfishing on Friday it looks like so everyday Cod and Pollock fishing people!!! Remember to always check here for updates regarding sailing days etc….So check back Thursday for sailing schedule..Looks like Friday is next nice day..

Ended up being a beautiful day offshore..Warmed up nicely…Winds never picked up either…We had no number of blackfish today,few shorts..Busted off some nice fish that I saw,,I think one keeper but we did have a couple of nice codfish to…Small pollock went back..Loads of perch,,lots of bites on the bottom..So a nice day out for end of Febuary…Tuesday actually looks like a nice warm day…But late day tomorrow and Wednesday the winds are gonna start to howl so tomorrow will probably be the last day of blackfishing and your chance at the seasonal pool..so come on down and take a shot at a nice Tog or Cod!! Wow what a nice day on the water,ocean was beautiful..We had life on the bottom..Plenty of perch biting along with the other exotics….Also had a handful of keeper blackfish to, just no jumbos..No cod or pollock today either..Nice day offshore with great people..Looking forward to getting back out there tomorrow and try for that Jumbo again..So see ya tomorrow,we are fishing!

No fishing Saturday due to high winds…. SUNDAY LOOKS VERY NICE!!!

Ocean was lumpy today,big ground swell not rough Just lots of rockin… We had decent life on the bottom,,lots of perch biting along with some short blackfish…Ended up with some pollock on one spot to with a double header and some other singles as well..Guys targeting them with jigs had em..Read some codfish to but only got 1 on a jig…No complaints for this time of year Check out some pic’s No fishing Friday people due to weather Probably Saturday to..Let you know BUT SUNDAY LOOKS GREAT!

Thursday we head back offshore and look for a JUMBO!!! Weather looks much nicer than today with light winds so we are fishing!! See ya for coffeee

We made it out this morning in lumpy condtions but it did lay down and we had a comfortable day offshore…We had life to,,plenty of perch biting along with some short blackfish…handful of keeper blackfish onboard,,no Jumbos so your safe another day Timmy..No cod or pollock today,,guess they werent in the mood..Seasonal pool is 4400 bucks and wide open for the taking so come down and take a shot..We are fishing everyday unless weather stops us..See ya tomorrow..

We had nice conditions offshore today,,a little rocky but not bad with Northwest winds..Had decent life again with water temps up to 43 degrees out there….Lots of perch biting kept you busy…But also had a few keeper blackfish,.ay e 6 or 7 keeper pollock and a nice codfish and ling to…So not alot of fish and not everybody caught but enough to keep you interested..Caught the cod on a jig again and double header pollock on jig teaser as well…Check out some pics Tomorrow is iffy,,northeast winds 10to15 gust to 20… could go either way so tomorrow morning we will shape up to fish and see how it looks..

Snow and wind on tap for the weekend so stay home and stay safe…..But Monday looks very nice to get back offshore and find that Jumbo blackfish,,or maybe a nice codfish or pollock….So see ya Monday morning!!

We had good life on the bottom for the most part today..The bergalls were chewing so it kept you in the game..Had short blackfish in the mix to plus the boys up front on point had 3 keeper togs each….Plus we had a nice codfish on the jig which had a follower all the way up to the boat and another nice codfish on a green crab..So i was happy with the life,,not everyone caught in the small batch of guys we had onboard but for February and after a snow storm it was good enough for me….Still a great chance for a jumbo blackfish and win the seasonal pool! No fishing Friday due to gale warning up… Let you know next good day to get back offshore..

Thursday looks like the day to go!! So lets head offshore and look for that Jumbo!! See ya for coffee!!!

Only a small group of guys showed up to fish but it was a nice day,,we had some life with shorts and a few keepers again as you can see in the pics..no exotics again unfortunately..Nicest fish was about 6lbs..We got a storm coming tomorrow so no fishing the next few days..I wil let you know next good day…
