Another warm pretty day on the water..Flat calm and warm…Got a few miles off the beach today and saw tons of bunker on the fish finder and it looked very fishy…Not a minute later I look over the side and see hundreds of nice size stripers swarming on the surface…Needless to say we went into jigging mode with the small crew I had onboard and had fish on instantly,,it was fun with all quality slot fish just under 38 inches….We ended up Codfishing but only had 1 keeper Codfish and some throw back blackfish..Still a good day out as you can see in the pics.So game plan tomorrow is more Codfishing but bring your striper rod cause if we run into them again we shall catch them..We are fishing tomorrow so get off the couch!
